Modern Scholars was established to help, aid and assist homeschool families on their children’s educational journey.
We offer the perfect solution for the family that wants some more structure, accountability, and classroom teaching as they homeschool their students.
All classes will be relatively small in size to maximize learning and discussion. Our trained tutors have a passion for education and hope to make your children passionate about learning.
Modern Scholars is a full K-12 program that provides all the essential curriculum of Language, Math, Science, English, Spanish, Biology/ Labs, Chinese and History, along with certain electives. At the junior high and high school levels, all the vital subjects will be taught. However, more emphasis will be put on public speaking, formal debate, formal logic, philosophy, and persuasive articulation of ideas and defense of positions.
We meet with students in small classroom settings and personal tutoring sessions. We offer 1 on 1 virtual education so that your children can participate in from home.
We meet multiple times a week, both in person and in virtual classroom environments to provide a more comprehensive and interactive learning program.
